How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, follow up about properties that may interest you, and improve the service our advisors give you. We do not use it for anything else.
Who we share it with
Only the Home Select advisor assigned to help you, and — when relevant to a specific enquiry — the developer or seller of a property you've asked about. We do not sell your information to third parties.
WhatsApp & impersonation
We only contact you from our official numbers, listed on our Contact page. If a number claiming to be Home Select asks you to pay or send documents, verify it on our Contact page before responding.
How long we keep it
For as long as you're an active lead or client, and a reasonable period after in case you return. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us directly through the Contact page.
