Why owners list with Home Select
Buyers already waiting
We keep a list of qualified buyers per compound, so many units get viewings in the first week.
An honest price
We price from real recent deals in your compound, not asking prices, so your unit doesn't sit for months.
Serious viewings only
We check budget and timing before anyone visits, and we handle the developer transfer paperwork.

Questions owners ask
How much is your commission?
A percentage of the final sale price, paid only when the sale completes. Your advisor confirms the exact rate before you sign anything.
Do I have to list exclusively with you?
No. Exclusive listings get extra marketing and priority with our buyers, but you can choose a non-exclusive agreement.
Can I sell a unit that isn't delivered yet?
Yes. Many resale units are off-plan. The buyer pays you what you've paid plus the agreed overprice, then takes over the remaining installments after the developer approves the transfer.
How long does a sale usually take?
Well-priced units in popular compounds often sell in 4–10 weeks. Developer transfer approval can add 2–4 weeks.
